At Thrift+, we want you to love your pre-loved finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all items to ensure you shop with confidence. If your purchase isn't quite right, simply return it in its original condition for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Thrift+ account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization code.
Package Your Items
Place the items securely in their original packaging or a durable alternative, ensuring all original Thrift+ tags are still attached to the garments.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the front of your parcel over any existing delivery labels.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the items.
